I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with the Forearm Bar! I received the bar this week and completed 2 workouts with the bar. My forearms are defiinitely fuller and becoming more vascular. I cannot attribute this to supplements. I am fully convinced that I was working only 40% of the muscles in the forearm using my wrist roller and various other forearm bars purchased from various strength companies. I cannot wait to see the results in about 6 months and God willing in approx one year of training with this bar! My only regret is that I did not buy 2 more for my friends! Awesome bar!!! I will look at your other products as well. Thanks so much for revolutionizing my training using fewer sets and lighter weights for greater results.
Synergy is the key word

Three months ago I purchased a Monster bar for my forearms……FANTASTIC! The burn, the pain = explosive growth and strength, God, I can’t believe I actually sound like a late night “Info-mercial”. Fantastic invention, no more pain in my wrists from Barbell wrist curls, no more torn wrist ligaments from heavy bobbing dumbbells, truly wonderful.
I read an article, the guys from Ironman, they had recommended it
(I respect Steve H. and Jonathan L. a lot), so I bought the thing, figuring, it wasn’t expensive, if it was crap, I could throw it away……….Bro’s, this is one of my most valued pieces of equipment…..hell…..I even clean and oil the damn thing.
Great job! Because of the fantastic results and much appreciated safety, comfort, and incredible durability, I look forward to purchasing some of your other equipment. It’s rare to find someone in this industry that actually “walks-the-talk”, but Bro’s, you guys got it RIGHT!
Thank you!!!

At first glance, it would seem that great strides have been made in the development of gym equipment over the past century. Specialized libraries whose collections show the history of gym equipment tell a different story. Only very occasionally is a genuinely new piece of gym equipment invented radically improving how we work out. Monster Bar’s Forearm Bar is one of those unique turning points in gym equipment.
The array of forearm exercises has been for long limited to variations on the theme of straight bar wrist curls. Adjunct equipment has supported forearms indirectly with emphasis on grip strength development. Monster Bar's Forearm Bar brings ancient principles of leverage to deeper, more effective forearm training. Leverage equipment has the distinct advantage of requiring less weight while positioning the muscles in the “right zone” for optimal muscle involvement.
No amount of looking at pictures or reading testimonials for the Forearm Bar matches a few minutes of using one. The difference is amazing as your exhausted, fully pumped forearms will yell out to you. Once you try it you won’t want to train forearms without the Forearm Bar.

I would just like to commit on this bar. I am 41 years old and I have always enjoyed working out. This bar is the best product I have ever used or seen for forearms, I played baseball thru high school and college and I would have loved this back then. My son is a junior in high school and loves it. I will also be showing this to owner of the baseball indoor facility that he works out at. Once again a great product good luck with it.

I received the new E-Flex Forearm Bar and I have to tell you... You've done it again! I was highly impressed with the
original Pro Series Forearm Bar and it's versatility in training baseball players, but this updated version adds a whole new dimension
to preparing my ball players for the demands of the diamond.
It's no secret that forearm strength and power will help batters
with more solid contact at the plate, more bat speed through the hitting zone, and greater distance on hits. But until now they
have had to change from barbells, to dumbells, to squeezing tennis balls, to buckets of rice. Now you can get superior results
with one piece of equipment.
And it works great for pitchers, catchers, and outfielders who need to get every bit of strength
in their throws as well. Getting that last explosive snap of the wrist adds that "little something" to throws that would have
otherwise not gotten the job done. Add to that the ability to work a pitchers forearm in a "pitching specific" motion of snapping
off a curveball or slider and you've got a great tool in your hands.
Simply put, any baseball player that does not train with
the forearm bar is not reaching their full potential... Period!

" Monster Bars Forearm Developers are absolutely great, I don’t have to roll up a weighted rope and I don’t have to brace my forearms on a bench.I pick it up do my reps. By the way compound sets [forearm curl, immediate switch to wrist curl] will numb your forearms The grip and range of motion are perfect and it doesn’t take a whole lot of weight to put a hurt on your forearms."

The Forearm Bar arrived today. What a great bar! It's nice to get what you pay for, for a change.

" I constructed a wrist roller using a large pillow block bearing with a 1” bar, welded to an upright dipping stand at shoulder height.
I attached a 1” web strap and soft rubber handgrips for a total cost of about $75. I thought that I had built the ultimate device for forearm development – until I received the Forearm Bar. I now do only one set of reverse wrist curls and wrist curls to failure using the Forearm Bar, and get far superior results than from my former wrist roller exercise."
Thanks,! Joe Glenn

In the December ’04 Critical Mass I outlined how to build
forearm mass; however that was before I discovered a new bar that Jonathan Lawson and I have been using in our workouts. It’s
called the Forearm Bar and it was sent to us by Monster Bars
It’s a uniquely angled short bar, shaped like a wide V, with a pin in
the middle so you can add barbell plates. You stand gripping the bar at arm’s length and do wrist curls or reverse wrist curls
over a full range. Jonathan and I have been using it along with X Reps in our forearm routine, and we’ve gotten some wild new
detail in our lower arms, not to mention vascularty.

I have one problem with the Forearm Bar.
My brother borrowed it and refuses to return it, so it looks like I will have to order another.
